The courses presentation by the trainer(s) are pre-recorded and available on demand at any time that is convenient for you. Your access rights are valid for a 60-day period from the issuance date of the access link to your registered email address.

You can access-on-demand the (i) course presentation materials and (ii) Accompanying voice recordings by the trainers during the 60-day access period. For the course presentation materials, an electronic pdf copy without the pre-recordings of the trainers will be made available for your download during this time period. Once the electronic pdf copy is downloaded, you will have access to the copy even after the 60-day access period has ended. For the accompanying course pre-recordings by the trainers, they will be available for streaming-on-demand during the 60-access period only and not downloadable.

- Is internet access required during the course?
A stable high-speed internet connection is required to stream the online course recordings and to access the other course materials in pdf copy. Electronic downloads of the pdf copy of the course materials (without the accompanying voice recordings of the trainers) onto your electronic device also require a stable high-speed internet connection. After the downloading onto your device, you are able to view them without internet access subsequently.

All payments can be made via credit / debit card, PayPal or Stripe. Cash, cheques or bank telegraphic transfers are not accepted.

The fees are denominated in Singapore Dollars as indicated in our website. If you are making payments in another currency, there may be currency conversion, administrative charges and / or other bank charges by your selected payment facility. Such charges are not reflected in the fees indicated on our website and they shall be entirely borne by you.

As per Clause 2.5 of our Terms and Conditions for Purchases of Online Courses, once access rights have been granted to peruse the course presentation recordings and other course materials, the order will be considered completed and you shall have no right to cancel or change your order.

Once you have completed the online course, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to your registered email address. The Certificate will be downloadable in electronic soft copy.

- Can I receive my certificate without completing the course?
No Certificate of Completion will be issued to those who did not complete their Online Course or Courses before the 60-day access period from the issuance date of your access rights to peruse the course presentation recordings, presentation materials and all other related course materials.
